All goods purchased from In Car Magic may be returned for refund, exchange or replacement within 7 working days from receipt of delivery provided they are returned in an unused and resaleable condition. We recommend that you use a return courier service, which requires a signature on receipt.

All costs incurred in returning the product to In Car Magic are the customer’s responsibility. Before returning goods, please contact us by telephone for a returns reference. You will need to include this with your return parcel so that we may tie the transactions together. Failure to do so may result in delay of any refund.

You will be asked the reason for the return, whether you prefer a refund or exchange and to confirm the item has not been used or damaged. In addition, you will need to provide your name, original order number and postcode, so please have these available.
